If you contact me via a form on this site or via email, I will store your name and email address.. so I can, you know – contact you.

All of this data is kept securely and only I have access to it.

If you sign up for my mailing list, I will store your name and email address so I can send you super-exciting relevant information on a semi-regular basis. This information will also be shared with MailChimp who must also be GDPR compliant. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by hitting ‘Unsubscribe’.

I collect relevant personal details and clinical information from you and other health professionals involved in your care so that I can do my job as a dietitian and provide you with independent nutrition and dietetic services. I collect and keep this information securely for as long as I am required to do so by the relevant authorities.

I won’t share your information with any third parties unless I have your explicit permission or am required to do so by law.

Right to be forgotten

If you want to disappear forever then I will be very sad but you can email me: [email protected] and I will ensure that all of your personal data is deleted from my systems. Doing this will obviously remove you from my mailing list and any memberships areas of the site – which you need your email to access.

You will need to contact PayPal and Stripe yourself to ensure that they delete your account data. It’s no good me telling them that you said it was okay.

I cannot delete receipts and purchase information – for very important tax reasons.

Payment Details

None of your payment card or bank details are kept by me or on this site – all payment information is processed by Stripe or Paypal. The only information I have is what and when you’ve bought any packages or services and what method you used to pay – ie, PayPal or Stripe. Stripe and PayPal must be GDPR compliant in order to operate in Europe.

Newsletter and Email Marketing

If you sign up to my newsletter, again – I will send you super-exciting things on a semi-regular basis. If you sign up to a course or package, I will send you information about that course or package.

You can unsubscribe to these emails at any time.
